While I have my style, each wedding and shoot is designed with you, the client. Each planning session will go over editing style, posing, and the vibe that you love!

Secure Your Date. 

Once you're ready, you'll receive a contract. Your date is officially reserved after the signed contract and deposit is paid.

You are booked! After this you will access unlimited consultation and planning calls along with a complimentary engagement session!

Wedding Day!

By your wedding day we will have created a custom timeline, shot list, and vision board to ensure you have the photos you want.

From booking to image delivery what is the process?

Let me break it down for you! 

First you will reach out through my booking form or schedule a call. I will reach out and make sure our dates align! After we connect I will send you a wedding booking form. You will fill out venue, date, and get to know you information so I can customize your contract. Once that is filled out you will sign a contract. 

After the contract is signed your date is in my calendar. You will be required to pay a deposit within 30 days of sigining the contract. That is your official booking. Once you are booked the full payment can be made at any time. It is officially due no later than 14 days after your wedding.

From there, you will have access to unlimited consultation calls and planning sessions. One 6-week pre-wedding consultation call or meeting is required to finalize the timeline and shot list. We get to the wedding day with a full plan of what photos you want. 

After your wedding, you will recieve a sneak peek gallery within 24 hours. This gallery will contain at least 30 images. 4-6 weeks later you will receive your full wedding gallery!  

How do you back up/protect our photos?

I shoot on a Canon R6 MarkII camera which comes with two SD card slots. That means that your photos are automatically recorded in two places during the wedding. When I get home I offload your photos on to two different hard drives before I start editing. I keep your photos on the original SD cards until I deliver your gallery. From editing to delivery your photos are safely stored in 4 different places. Even in the event of file corruption or loss, I always have a secure back-up so you never lose these memories. 

Do you charge for travel?

All Colorado and Southern Wyoming weddings are included in my packages with no additional fees! For travel out of state and out of the country I create custom pricing packages that fit your needs. I can't wait to see where your story takes us!

We've never done professional photos before, will you help us pose?

Absolutely! I will guide you through the entire posing process. I love to use prompts to create fun and candid moments as well as the traditional poses. I love creating pinterest boards with clients we can both add to. I get to see what poses you LOVE and help you execute them!

How much coverage time do I need?

This depends on a what is most important to you! My most popular package is 8 hours. If you want coverage from getting ready to the reception, have a lot of important details, or have a large wedding party/family, I recommend more time. If you are more focused on couple photos, ceremony, and first dances then you can go for less time! I will help you create a custom timeline based on what package is best for you.
